How do I share my referral code?
It's simple. Just copy your unique referral code in My Account. Then, share it out with your network.
- Log in to My Account.
- From your dashboard, click Connect-A-Business. Your code will appear under Share My Code.
- Enter a recipient email address in the text box below your code. Press Add Email.
- Once you have added all the emails you’d like, press Send Emails.
- Your referral(s) will receive an email from Midco on how to use your code information.
How do I track referral and credit status?
See who signed up with your referral code and track credits in My Account.
- Log in to My Account.
- From your dashboard, click Connect-A-Business. Your code will appear under Share My Code.
- Under your code, click Track Code to toggle to the tracking section.
- Redeemed Codes: Displays the email addresses of referrals who have used your code.
- Sent Codes: Shows email addresses that you have sent referral codes to.
When do I receive credit(s)?
Referral credit will be added to your Midco account after your colleague completes their service installation. If you don’t see this credit in 90 days, please let us know.

If the referring customer cancels their account, all remaining referral credits are forfeited. New customers will receive referral credit on an upcoming statement.
