Selective Call Rejection
What is selective call rejection?
With selective call rejection, you can block incoming calls from up to 10 telephone numbers. In some instances, you may not be able to add a number to the rejection list until you receive a call from that number.
There is a monthly fee associated with the selective call rejection feature.
How to turn on selective call rejection
To turn on selective call rejection:
- Pick up the handset to your touch-tone phone, and dial *60.
- Follow the instructions for creating your list of numbers you'll accept or reject. Some examples of actions you can take are:
- To turn on this service, dial 3.
- To reject the last calling party, press #, dial 1 and press # again.
- To add an entry, press #.
- To hear the entries on your list, dial 1.
Callers not on your list will hear an announcement that you're not receiving calls at this time.
How to turn off selective call rejection
To turn off selective call rejection, dial *60 and follow the prompt to turn it off.
