Paging

If enabled, paging lets you make announcements to groups of people through the calling equipment, similar to a PA system.

To page a group

  1. On the Lines view, press the Paging softkey.
  2. Select the Page Group you wish to page, and press Page.
  3. Select the End Page softkey to complete the page.

Emergency and Priority groups will page over existing calls.

To page via overhead speakers

  1. Press Paging softkey.
  2. Select the Page Group softkey associated with overhead speakers.
  3. Click End Page softkey to complete the page.
