Moving In/Out Process
Moving in is easy – equipment is already in each unit. Tenants simply scan the QR code on their in-unit equipment or their Welcome Flyer to set up internet services. In a few minutes, they have connectivity customized for their budget and lifestyle. Plus, we work directly with them for all service, payment and support needs.

Midco Equipment
Tenants will need to use the Midco equipment mounted in each unit. Equipment is the property of Midco and must remain in the unit when a tenant moves out. Please articulate this during the move in and move out process to avoid tenants being charged the full price of the equipment.
